I am taking this trip from Montreal to Quebec city in a couple of months. How early would you recommend arriving at the train station? Thank you for the video!

It depends, I arrived around 3 hours early to hang out in the lounge... my flight was cancelled lol! But honestly you can arrive 15 minutes before boarding and still make it on with time to spare, depends how much you want to do in the lounge/station!
