The twins sued production and won and this season began the downfall of BGC, cause they slowly lost money and viewers going forward. BGC13 was actually the last ever BGC season to hit 1M viewers per episode. BGC14 came close, had a few episodes over 1M, but after BGC14, none of BGC15, 16 17's episodes even made it beyond 500-700K viewers.

And, we're talking about a show that used to get two to three MILLION views an episode back in the days of season four and five particularly.
