Love it, thank you for being such an amazing teacher. I was holding my breath while you were slicing that pear, thinking please be careful. I will definitely try making the edible cello. One question comes to mind does it soften on the cake and slice easily?

It retains the rigidity, but you can pull it off very easily before slicing:)

I have found that because of the water in the butter, you are able to use gel colors. 😊
