Maybe we belong in another time but I will always believe you were the best singer songwriter I have ever seen or heard. Wish you were here now.

Very inspirational, both in life and death. His smile in this interview makes it even harder to accept that he took his own life. Humble and true indeed. It is a sad thing the most honest, friendly people end up not being able to cope.

I just found out. Fuck. After his last two I was hoping to be hearing a more prolific output. He was the only person I know of who shared my philosophy on beauty. Don't think I can speak.

I bought AT THE CUT today with no idea he had died. Had a look on the web to find out more about him. Totally shocked! Very sad indeed

Nothing new to say. It's all very sad today. He's one of those people that I feel connected to that I've never met. Watching this makes me feel the way I felt when Joe Strummer died. A big loss.

Do you happen to know of a possible video or audio of Vic performing josiah meigs and me? What a treasure that would be, eh!?

I'm having to write this for a second because my computer is shit but basically what I said was: Wikipedia has some stuff, but I wouldn't put it quite like that. My last comment was wanky but heartfelt.

I feel sorry for him. And also think that it is such a waste to let so much talent goo so early. There should have been another way... RIP
