I owe Vic a great deal of gratitude and more for him. Ever since the whole Funimation BS I had been harrassed and bullied by other people who were fans of other voice actors that were against Vic themselves which made me extremely suicidal however I reached out to Vic through emails and he helped and saved me with his encouraging words and reassurement that things will get better. If it weren’t for this man I most likely would not be alive at this moment because of those Funimation bullies that started this drama in the first place. I owe Vic my life. Thank you 🙏

This shows me that the Lawyer was not a good lawyer. Whenever I have a deadline for a project, I try to complete it the day BEFORE the deadline, in case of any unforeseen events.

I'm really confused now. Last year Vic had said AM Studios had already got the licenses to a couple shows and they wee in the preparation stages of recording those (this was after Zip and Genbanojou), but now it sounds like they don't have any shows at all, what happened?

I'd have to go back to get more specifics, but they did releases some short films they dubbed, Genbanojō and Chuck Shimezō are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. I think Genbanojō is on prime.

It originally premiered at Matsuri with Genbanojou in 2022. it was odd to me cuz from what he said last year it sounded like they were ready to record new shows but couldn't premiere them at Matsuri due to some delays. So now hearing they are having trouble getting licenses confuses me. Hope we can get some clarification.

18:35 Also the thing I find, perhaps hypocritical, in the way certain Funimation voice-actors rallied against him, e.g.: Rial or Marchi, virtue-signaling about respect to women, and Rial confessing she was (allegedly) raped once, and them echoing all the social justice warrior, gender-equality and activism talks, they sure do a lot of roles for anime that's practically soft-core hentai, with talks of rape, humiliating women, lewdness...etc. and they don't seem to have any qualms about lending their talents to shows with such themes.

I talked to KZbin support for an hour, and they said it's just if you have your browser in restricted mode. It's determined by categories the AI puts videos in, and so certain topics get automatically restricted mode restrictions. There are also a few human raters. According to the KZbin support person (who was very friendly) there is nothing they can do about it. Still annoying as most of my content is PG, but what can I do. /shrug
