I'm 67 and had to be away for a while. But I don't think I've aged much, nor have you. I guess it creeps along. But I'm not worried nor have I ever been. I have dreams constantly. I'm sure most are from the Spirit. They show situations in life and things I feel perplexed about. I feel God's hand touching my heart this way. But never once have I had a dream that covered the topic of aging. I've learned for myself that if I do not dream about something then it's usually not a thing to consider. Not trying to sound mystical, because I am not! I mention this now Fr Cat because of your topic of aging. Seems as I get older I have more dreams. Well, blessings to your ministry- you haven't posted in a while- hope all is well with you and yours !!! My favorite presentation of yours remains the one you shared maybe a year or more ago on Compline! I have neighbors that are strong Christians. They are Hispanic and soon I am going with José and his wife Griselda to one of their Complines- though they call it Completo in Spanish! (Completo means 'Complete'). Thank you for your effort in bringing God's words to us! 🌹🪔🌹

Well said Cat, I had emergency heart surgery in February of this year. Many of my friends and family said it must have been scary for you, but it wasn’t and that was because of my faith.

I had the same, 25 November of last year. Are you doing okay? I am near Atlanta and had surgery from 9 pm till midnight! It wasn't scary at all. I was awake throughout- just had to have 3 stints. It was actually pretty darn interesting as the surgeon talked and joked during the entire procedure. I hadn't thought about it but I guess if I had not been a believer it might have been scarier!!! 🌹
