@qjack6 жыл бұрын
are you just not that big of a fan of people feeling equal in society? or like, "they're asking too much"? seems like a strange thing to be against...
@animallover2320016 жыл бұрын
@@qjack how can you quote something I've never said dear? I'm not that big of a fan of women thinking they are superior than men assuming that all men are horrible people. I am a woman and believe that feminism was once an important thing. Now it is merely a joke and parade of women claiming they are unequal to their male counterparts with little to no evidence and most of the claims made by this wave of feminism have been debunked. I never once said that women aren't equal to men. I said I'm not a fan of this new form of feminism which has taken on a new meaning.
@qjack6 жыл бұрын
@@animallover232001 sorry if it seemed like i was quoting you, i was just asking if that was the reason (seems like the type of thing people say). also sorry thats what you think 3rd wave feminism is. its more about the systemic oppression of women, but also the problems with societies binary assignment. i dont really know how women being superior fits into all that, but if you have heard someone say stuff like that, then i am in agreement with you, they're an idiot. it would be a shame for you to dismiss the continued progression of the human rights you once believed in due to the loud voices of a misinformed minority
@animallover2320016 жыл бұрын
@@qjack I appreciate your comment. Most of the feminists I encounter are extremely rude and unintelligent. It is quite sad that this is the form of feminism that I have become accustom to seeing as well as many other have seen feminism this way, and because of this, this wave of feminism has become the butt of the joke. I am glad to see someone such as yourself break free of that stereotype. Equality is important and I am glad people do fight against inequality and injustices however I've noticed that the inequalities and injustices that have been claimed have been proven to be false time and time again.
@zevetse_6 жыл бұрын
@@animallover232001 the thing is that there are a lot of diferent kinds of feminism! Like radicals and the feminism of class (im from argentina so i dont really know the names of any feminist movement in the us or any first world country, also my english is sad, sory). I think that every feminist movement is diferent depending on the ideals of the subject and the political situaton of theyr country or state. I also think that she didnt talk that much about feminism, but it was cool that she adknowledge (i dont know this word hehe) that she is a woman in the music industry and that she is priveledge for being in such a high place.
