God bless that you know about the infant mortality. I live in Ecuador because I was forced to come to Ecuador to afford health care for my son.I had to fight with the insurance companies in the USA to get even minimal care. We were still forced to come to Ecuador for my son's major surgeries. The Medical Care System needs MAJOR 😊work . I never thought I would leave the USA but I will not live in a country that does not care about my family, even after we paid a fortune for medical insurance.
