@@grade3328 sadly you don't know the context behind those specific lines I've researched behind those and in the continuation of those, there is something. for example, in Surah 2:191 basically after that, there are a few more lines where it means that if they rebel and uprise against you and attack you kill them, and by casting terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve it's about how God will punish them for not following Islam, so telling them their fate in the judgment day. Irrespective of time and place; the verse 9:5 states the scenario only in a battlefield when the pagans/unbelievers initiated an unjust war against the Muslims. So it is sad that people read and misunderstand the whole point of the Quran. I would recommend researching anything before jumping to conclusions also Islam gave Muslims the right to defend themselves, but with certain conditions and limitations. It is a long list however if you want it i can try to find it through my notes. Hope this clears things up.
