Vick Almighty Restores Royalty Air Jordan 4 From eBay!
In today's episode of Restorations with Vick, he takes a pair of Royalty Jordan 4s that he bought off eBay for $45 and brings them back to life! To clean this all suede sneaker, Vick Almighty used the Reshoevn8r Essential Kit to get all of the dust off the suede upper. To get the dust off the suede upper, Vick used the Dry Brush Method so the suede did not bleed. To clean the midsole and outsole, he used our Solution and Brushes to get all of the dirt off. There were a couple of dirt spots he was not able to pick up so he took our Sneaker Wipes to get in those tight areas. Let us know what sneaker you want to see Vick Almighty restore next!

I did this shoe recently in similar condition and I washed even the uppers during preclean and put em in the washing machine. It did fade the suede but black is super easy to re-dye using angelus suede dye. Shoes came out mint. Should've redyed them. The only issue I had was the adhesive from the tape kept sticking on the suede.

For anyone starting a restoration, anyone can do it just takes practice I started a year back and I only started with 100$ I had pretty much nothing but I made it stretched I wasted 50$ on materials and 50$ on beaters , now I have enough money I can buy a lot of beaters as I want and materials just know what to spend you guys can do it 💪🏻 Vick almighty has taught me a lot and also it can for u guys as well have a great day everyone take care 🙏🏻

I wear gloves during cleaning if i'm restoring a used shoe.. There is some really disgusting people out there. I've seen a lot of nasty stuff over the years (nail clippings, hair galore, food, blood). Even found cash tucked under an insole a few times. Besides the cleanliness part it also saves your hands from being super dried out because the acetone does a good job of that all by itself :D

The real premium suedes (like the pig skin suedes used in a lot of Made In USA New Balances for example) can be cleaned via solution I think. Synthetic suedes like the one on this Royalty 4 and Black Cement Tinker 3 for example, water ruins it. It’s just my guess though.

In detailing we use really soft grit sandpaper on alcantara to bring it back from looking flat. Might work on these!

I just bought a pair of royalty jordan 4 and because at the toe box of the shoe it is kind of creasing and it’s swayed would I still be able to iron it with a damp towel like I would for a leather shoe or have to keep a shoe tree in the shoe to make it keep a better form
