Vick starts part 2 of this video using the lighter method. From there he moves to paint prep taping off area he wants to avoid getting paint on. After that, he lays down white, and a custom mixed red color through his airbrush. Vick then grinds off the unwanted paint from the Jumpman on the back of the shoe. Vick then wraps it all up with the final touch and laces this bad boy up.

Vick, how do you know what colours to mix together when repainting midsoles/uppers? For example, in this video you used silver, iridescent red, and metallic to get the colour match for the red on the midsole. These colours wouldn't even come to my mind if I tried to match the colour on this Jordan 4 midsole. Is there a paint chart or any sort of thing you use to find these mixes, and if not is there any help you can provide as to how we can learn to consistently match paints correctly for any given colour??

I suggest using a roll of bodyshop tape/paper. The paper towel will def leak the paint if you aren't careful. Love your videos.

Hey Vick. I used Salon Care on my Air Force 1s because the soles were very yellow. And after I finished they came out great. But then overtime they started to look off white instead of the original pure white. Any reason why that could be happening or is it time to get a new pair

That happens with all yellowing. It's never a permanent fix. The yellowing will always come back over time -Vick

We wouldn't recommend cleaning any of the Levi 4s as we've never tested our products on them so we cannot guarantee it'll work. Along with this, that denim material is extremely difficult to clean and very rarely does it clean up properly.

Matte Finish can't be used to protect materials from liquids and stains like our Repellent. Matte Finish it just a finisher used to prevent the paint from cracking.
