I hate the contract concept with a passion it's a very dangerous way of thinking. After we die and "if" we go to the light that's when the memory is wiped and after that we are given a "life review" and after that we are tricked into agreeing to a "contract" to so call learn a lesson or right our wrongs. So we must come back to earth you have to know this is occurring over and over how can you explain some people having hundreds or even thousands of different lives some people even die and come back as animals or bugs. What type of contract is that? And what lessons can be learned then? There are kids who have memories of being animals there's a white boy who remembers being a black woman who died in a fire. This "contract" concept is simply a trap and we fall for it over and over

I think understanding how one influences or is built upon the other is imperative. Your awareness & perception are directly related to your beliefs. People don’t tend to listen to and accept information that doesn’t align or reinforce their beliefs which means their awareness may be narrow and their perception biased. There’s also the issue of how your awareness (exposure to information & experience) establish and reinforce beliefs. A consistent lie appears as truth, and this is why beliefs, perceptions and awarenesses have to be scrutinized for integrity (at least as best as one can ascertain).
