❤❤Today is Saturday August 3rd 2024. I will remember this day because I saw this podcast for the very first time and with tears streaming down my face, I realized that very sadly I have been killing myself slowly because of my unhealthy eating habits. I'm talking about getting up at 3am and cooking fried chicken and french fries ,eating all of that then drinking a large cup of mountain dew to top it off!!! All I wanna do is eat hamburgers, chicken wings.hot dogs each and every day. I do not like fruits and vegetables at all.Now I am overweight, depressed and I feel like I am in a slump all of the time. I hardly can go to sleep at night. I am so very grateful for coming across this podcast. I don't know what made me look at it from beginning to the end, but I am so glad that I did. I never realized that I hated myself so much. I know NOW that it's time to change my eating habits and the way I feel about myself.😂 for good.Thank you so much for sharing. I will be telling everyone that I know about this podcast!!!!! 😢

I became a 7th day Adventist as a teenager, and they have been a blessing in my life. I was exposed to plant based lifestyle through this wonderful denomination. Spiritual lifestyle is beautiful as well. People question and at times make fun of my diet but I'm not on meds, haven’t had major surgery, etc. I'm turnibg 45 this year, my mother passed away when she was 55. Father currently in and out of hospital, cousins had stokes and major heart surgery, uncles had transplants, and so on. It hurt to see this. Even so, I am praising God that he led me to that church. It has been a blessing in my life since a teenager! Its just sad to see my family and others I know sick or dying off and not listening due to what they are eating!

Have the conversation like Mr. Bobby Price said ask him where their farm is? Ask them questions about how they Process their produce, is it sprayed, how far is there farm from where you are? Excellent! I had an aneurysm and ended up with high blood pressure I used Dr. Bobby’s detox and my blood pressure isn’t high and hasn’t been for quite some time. I take my bp daily & log it. I brought this to my doctor’s attention & she had me bring my home monitor in to have it checked to be certain that I am getting accurate readings. Turns out our am! I walk and do light exercises. I also eat really healthy and clean. I cut out meat years ago and I eat almost everything unsweetened. I have found that the doctors have an abundance of pills but not enough cures. The pills also come with side effects. I don’t want them talking to me about high sugar AT ALL!

@@arnetta1129 yes I did. I really had a problem having to take it & being told that I have to take them for the rest of my life. I looked him up & low for answers and remedies. I don’t know how I came across Dr. Bobby but I bought and tried his herbal detox & parasite cleanse. I take my bp daily and log it. Since then, I haven’t had to take the pills. My doctor even had me bring my home bp monitor in with me to make sure that my blood pressure readings are accurate. Turns out, they are. I do walk over a mile daily & eat healthy foods/ clean. My blood pressure is 110 currently….sorry for the delay but I am just now seeing your message.

The doctor has prescribed some medications that i will be taking . But after going throgh this podcast, i am hopeful for a change. My question to you is, Did you stop your medications immediately while following this diet plan? Or , how and when do i stop taking these bp medications?

I am a country girl from Mississippi, for the first twenty years of my life; all the food we ate, my family, came from our gardens. This was the way everybody ate food at this time. I can remember asking my dad, why is the government paying the farmers not to farmers? Now, all this makes sense. Well, I am beginning to eat correctly but it a challenge.

I arrived @ a mostly plant based diet quite unintentionally. I have periodontal disease & had osseous surgery to save my teeth. I could only eat foods blended in the blender. I bought spinach, sweet potatoes, kale, carrots, celery, strawberries, raspberries & blueberries. I drank smoothies for breakfast & had soft blended veggies for lunches & dinners. After 4 days of this, I noticed all of my menopause symptoms had disappeared. I felt energized & well. I continue to eat mostly fresh produce because of the way I feel when I eat it. My skin & hair look great, too. At age 56, I lost the soft area around my waist. I also do brisk walking, yoga & aerobics with 2 lb weights. Diet was the part that I needed to make that soft area disappear. I have never had a weight problem in my life, but middle aged presented some problems with my waist area. I will continue to phase meat from my diet & drink more water, smoothies & natural juices that I make at home. I want to live well & long. I also want to get off of hypertension medication. That is my next goal!

I was doing my weekend health research when I bumped on this video. On 1 st of January 2022 I made a decision to start loving myself and to change my live. Better believe Dr Bobby Price. I have been plant based. organic based, no caw based no grains based you name it for 2 years. I feel like a rockstar, and I KNOW that this is how God meant me to be and feel. It wasn't easy. Sugar and everything else mentioned in this video is indeed addictive. I was a junky before and I didn't even know it! It took me 5 months to gain control over that dopamine center in the brain and to unhook myself from the Matrix Food and Pharma have us living in. Never turning back. I am free, happy and healthy. Got rid of allergies, eczema, digestive issues and believe it or not of age spots! True - self-love motivation and determination are all we need to cure ourselves. And of course, good info as in this video.

True if you have a comfortable life, but when you got tough work to do, things are different. I know both situation and I guarantee you that when you eat all green stuff and non meat you will have a physical break down if ur job is physical like digging holes, lifting, construction, etc. Trust me. I bet anything you wont perform the same as me in a job like that if you eat only veggie. This is an issue. And u are right about vegan is good but it doesnt work for people that actually do tough work on a daily routine.

Hope we cross paths one day one my journey to enlightening others . As negative as they say social media can be, I find my comfort here where like minded people meet . One of the hardest things to do can be watching the people u love die of ignorance and obliviousness. U can try to feed them the information however they are full of ignorance and misinformation. The Bible also says if a man rapes a woman, he should pay her father 50 shekels of silver and she becomes his wife. Stop picking and choosing what part of the Bible to take as truth. It says eat all the plants, that includes the tons of poisonous ones too. So we can eat houseplants and weeds and any leaf on any tree? Of course not.
