Hi, Vicky! I love today’s mixed media Tuesday project! I can see a grouping of shadow boxes for the four seasons in my mind’s eye. What a wonderful home decor idea! I have several bird feeders that are quite active with a variety of birds as well as a couple of abandoned bird houses. This collection will be so much fun to create with! I just got my bird houses dies yesterday and I thought... I'll make some shadow boxes, each one in a different season to decorate my craft room, so I gathered up my Spellbinder's Adjustable Shadowbox Frame and some other elements.... but you beat me to it!!!!! I have been working on a flip book and of birdhouse layouts for a few months now. I don’t think mine will look quite as polished as yours but I’m pickup some great tips along the way. They’re the perfect subject aren’t they?.... especially when you’re getting married or celebrating an anniversary. I’d love to gift a pair of love birds along with your card as an anniversary present. The tricky part is making sure the recipients are open to being parents of a pair of birds. Gifting animals is a serious undertaking so if they’re not ready for the responsibility, this card gets your message across beautifully as is.
