Thanks bro, I'm getting my dashboard sensor coming on and off occassionally telling me that the EGR is being affected, so now with your video I can clean it and save myself some repair costs. The only difference is that I have a Cummins engine, but I'm sure it's a similar set up.

Damn wish I knew this before I went to dealer. my 2011 M2 is running really slow, it changes gears fine but really sluggish. Took to dealer they said Egr, Egr valve,intake cleaning,r/R filters and clean the DPF...$6700!! This cant be life :(

It should be. At least you’ll have a lot of more miles to run without the need to delete it.

Noticed 2 cuts in your black hose that resembles a wet dry vac vacuum cleaner hose. Depending on what it's associated with could cause issues as well. Thanks for the video!

that could be your boost sensor or air filter is clogged,egr would not do that to your truck,good luck

TheElnegro28 that can be the be Pat sensor , that open en closed turbo is located passenger side by the transmission I had the same problem

Put Ugly Fix on that thing and forget about any problems about your EGR in the future, and you'll get 3% increase in HP and better fuel mileage

no the check engine will not turn on,unless the egr vaive is bad than the engine light will stay on,

Vic, would you rather have you're cascadia with just the EGR valve or the newer trucks with the Def system. I might have to go this route if I can't find a used glider.

Eastwood 302 both system are crap.but if you ever decide to come to Cali.pretty soon the dpf is also going to be eligal.so go with the def.thanks for running in

That's not the EGR valve. The EGR valve is by the EGR actuator
