I can completely understand holding on to a dream longer than you probably should I held on your relationships longer than I should although they weren't completely fake just not good relationships but in the same way I hope that things would go back to the way they were before because in the beginning he really loved me a lot but how someone who has seen stacks and stacks and stacks of evidence and even talk to the real person and they're real person told them I am so sorry that somebody lied to you and said they were me but I have not talked to you and it breaks my heart that somebody used my photos hurt you they will still say oh they actually really do love and want to be with me they just can't admit it publicly So that's the other day with the guy who thought he was in a relationship with the adult film star the adult film star was the sweetest lady to him telling him how sorry she was that somebody would do that to him and that she wishes that nobody would do things like that to people and at the end words came up on the screen saying he's still believes he's in a relationship with her but that she can't admit it because of her public persona

I'm a woman, and I was almost scammed by the same con about the person being stationed abroad in the military. He did not even get that far in asking me for money, as I got in first, and asked him for 5K, of which he did not respond. He initially gave me the sob story of being in the military, after his 'wife and child' were killed in a car accident. His written English was poor, and not that of a native American speaker, as he claimed to be. I asked to speak to him on video call, and he said he 'was not allowed' by the military to do so, and then I got on a scammer website, and they said girlfriends and wives speak regularly to military service personnel when they are stationed abroad via video call. I then asked for 5K, and never heard from him again.

I met my husband online and I know lots of people who have met partners online.

I disagree with that only because of the face time feature....it's amazing that these women continue to talk to "guys" online and they won't video chat.

I meet my honey online. He lived 150 miles away. Meet within a two weeks for happy hour or coffee. Never send $

Bootie Shaker - You can LOOK for that special someone, but if a man is truly into you, you won't be waiting months before seeing each other. Folks meet online all the time, but you have to meet that person face-to-face before you start making plans, and take your common sense with you when you first meet in person.

I love how at the end of many of these, after the "victim" is shown how they have been destroyed emotionally and financially, they're told, "Have a good day." Not likely!
