Can you check out a new girl group called Craxy (you say it with an x) they debuted earlier this month and their song is called ARIA. What's surprising is that their debut album is a full length one. All the girls are Korean but are under an Indonesian ent. Co. Their concept is beyond different than what other kpop artists have done so far. Their concept is a cultural korean concept. I'm personally happy they didn't go for a harder drop even though I would've been fine if they did. To me Victon has always had smooth melancholic vibes to their music when it comes to their title tracks and have never been too hard hitting so I feel like it just suits them better to keep it lowkey. It gives me Time of Sorrow vibes just a bit darker.

I love this song. This is what I wanted from victon. To tell you the truth the loud dark boy group early 2020 sound is starting to bore me a bit and yeah this is dark but it has a melancholic, as you said, feeling to it. A bit sad and kind of lonely, which also the title 'howling' gives me that vibe. I think it was good that it didnt have a drastic drop. It was crazy smooth and I think perfect for this song. The mv its okay that it was simple to me... I liked it a lot. The dark vibe was nice. Honestly if Victon doesnt do the bright concept which i love then this is my second favorite for them. I don't think every dark song has to be hard or sexy or anything like that....this is the right amount of hotness and sadness as well.

I totally understand your point! February was over saturated with these "dark" concept that having this type of song is almost refreshing lol I think looking back at it that I said that because I want this comeback to give them the opportunity to get more recognition and I think that it's "easier" for people to fall for a "darker" concept if that makes sense. ^^

I wasnt really thinking about that but more like how lots of songs are starting to sound the same and how I think while this one fits the dark trend, its less powerful and more melancholy which is a nice breather.

i'm honestly happy that they didn't go for a harder drop, this is exactly why i love victon. while most other groups go for the more dramatic and harder drop especially lately (which is fine but it's starting to bore me a bit) victon always has these songs that are really easy to listen to while still being dark and it makes them different so i'm hoping they stick by that, it's what attracts me to their music a lot!

Thank you for reacting to them! I understand some people feel the drop could have been harder but personally I think it fits the general feeling of the song, which is pretty melancholic. Some translation of the lyrics are going around (based on what can we can hear) and it's mostly about a loved one you once let go and now want to keep with you forever (not gonna lie, the lyrics are kinda possessive). It's also personal preference, as I tend to like "mellow" songs more than heavy ones. Still, I know some people would have liked something that went harder so I get it! I'm glad you still liked it, and I'm also thankful you react to them and love them so much! Thank you :)
