It's not just that this is so fast and the technique required to play all of this that make it so incredible - it's the **clarity** with which you play every single note, and how easy you make it seem, that makes you the best in the world. Absolutely astounding my man. Bravo!!

His (incredible) playing in this video actually had more unclear articulations than I think I’ve ever heard him make in a release like this. Unintentional ghost notes, etc. Goes to show how hard this piece was.

I've seen Victor Wooten live a couple times now (last time with Dennis Chambers and Bob Franceschini... yeah, man, it was magic... so grateful to have been in that room). I would absolutely, 100%, no questions go if Charles did a live performance tour. I've seen some of the older videos of him doing the street busking thing and... just that... do that on a stage with a drummer. I'd pay to see that two piece for a set. I love this kid.

An indicator of just how difficult this is to play is the fact that Charles didn't play it with the 100% rhythmic accuracy we're used to. That is *not* faint praise! Dear Charles, I am consistently captivated by your virtuoso and compelling performances, often infused with a great sense of humor. Occasionally, I wish to experience a song where your entire emotional power is conveyed in a few notes. For instance, the song 'Dreamland' by Michelle Colombier comes to mind, not suggesting you play it, but rather something similarly beautifully simple that can express your emotional intensity with just a few notes. Best regards from your fan, Lothar
