I had a similar issue. When I checked the registry again, I found another Defender-related folder. I deleted that too, and now everything is working fine.

if you got this you been hacked only way to fix is completely wipe hard drive in safe mode and reinstall another copy of windows , my windows was stolen they take control of your Microsoft account and take admi privileges to track everything your doing. happen to me from downloading W O MIC

I will tell you all what to do 1)get internet approx 5gb,mobile data will work 2)restart your PC while pressing shift 3)reset windows through cloud download option while keeping data and files Keep in mind apps will be deleted but not any drivers or plugins So chill 4)after reset update your windows and uninstall any antivirus that came with PC at start 5)no need to go to registry file, cmd etc Just do it and thank me later 6)if after this nothing work just restart PC and keep it updated
