you need to download it in the description than run as admin from desktop than everything be in the system 32 folder but as run it in the system 32 folder as admin again than everything should work :) worked for me :)

oh my goddd thank you so much this actually worked, i've been trying for a long time. note to people in the comments: windows security opened for me after about a minute of it being blank (i thought it wasn't gonna work at first) so wait a couple minutes before deciding it didn't work, it could just take awhile like mine did

1 step install it put the exe on your destopk then run the exe as administrator then go in you folder pc osc windows system32 security health run the exe as adminstrator finish

Step 1 : This PC - OS (C:) - Windows - System32 - SecurityHealth Step 2 : Open SecurityHealthSetup (run as administrator) Step 3 : Check the Windows Security(it worked for me) - If your SecurityHealth’s Folder empty : download the link in description then extract the file and do the same as the step 2 and it should be working👍🏻
