Say My Name KZbinrs that i trust we’re not head over heels by the quality of the Tati palette. For me less is more, if it was between these two palettes, I would choose the VB palette in a heartbeat.

@@saymyname2417 I don't intend to purchase any of the 2 either, but if Santa offered to gift them to me I'd only take the quad, just to save me the hassle of storing Tati's palette. And if I were to spend my own money, I'd only spend 50+ euros on something I'd use in the morning on a daily basis. Also, I don't care for sparkles. I think it really depends on people's take on makeup.

@@sfex9 and dobcsek - Yes, the quantity is one thing, the quality quite another! I never understood the "it's good - for the price..." What?! If it's good, it's good. If not, ANY price is too high! And I, too would prefer something good and expensive over a low quality item. Tati's contains glitters which I, too hate and fear and it looks uncomfortably like Morphe... I guess, it's the price plus VB herself. I feel the super price has not so much to do with quality but with packaging and the VIP factor and THAT always bugs me. Talking about the Kardashians (although that is still a different matter)... Then again l own expensive stuff only because I buy very little. Plus, yes, the VB pallet fits into a handbag and can be taken along everywhere, Tati's may easily vanish in some cupboard, indeed. In the end what you get out of it matters. If used wholly and REGULARLY (without being a hazard to the eyes) ANY pallet is worth the price. And looking at huge pallets: do we REALLY use more than the always same shades, ignore the rest and thus waste it?! Greetings, you two 😁 !

I’m thinking of buying this palette and still want it because I love the way your eye look came out.. I really think I want the Bordeaux liner though.. I love the consistency of her eye kajals..they are so soft and easy to use on the eye area which is important to me with more mature eyes. Thanks!

I want the grey palette for travel. I picked and chose shades from my Viseart Apricotine and Soleil palettes which gives a warm brown story with a pop of purple. I can use with the grey palette for a cool toned purple look. The burgundy eyeliner looks great, I want that too.

The look is super beautiful . I'd heard conflicting reviews on the lid lustres, mainly that they're okay but not mind-blowing, which you seem to conclude too. The eyeshadow brick is the most interesting to me, so I'm glad to have both yours and Hailey's reviews of this to get as much rounded info as possible. Because it is expensive, at the end of the day. So thank you!!

I actually think the finished look is really lovely!! I know you had to do some fixing and adjusting to get there, but I really like how it turned out. I enjoy how you combined the warm crease with a more gray, smokey lid, and a red/burgundy pop on the lower lash line. It looks really nice on you! I think this palette could be a staple for someone with a medium skin tone, since you mentioned it being a bit dark for you to consider it a staple palette. Maybe if you try it with softer brushes that pick up less product, you could get a lighter look. Anyways, I'm interested in seeing if you opinion changes as you use it more. Enjoyed the video 😊

The palette is literally a dupe for late 90s/early 2000s Trish McVoy Face Essentials eyeshadows quad, the pressing, the large shade in the pan, even the colors of the Signature and Tuxedo. I have the Tweed, and I prefer quads over large palettes. I like to buy the best quality small quad possible because I’m still going to own that quad years from now. Case in point, I still have the Trish McVoy. 😂

I think the look wasn’t bad , you did a great job 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 but I think when someone really loves makeup and want to try new things , it’s not a necessity ! this is for people who like minimal makeup looks , and people or like classy pearl bearing , old ladies would love it 🤣🤣 it’s too small , and too expensive and isn’t something exciting !! I love your posts, you are so good. This is one of my favorite, recent purchases. Using it so much. I did get the blond lid luster so I can have a bit of brightness on the inner eye. I think it is so pretty. White, gold, pearly. I've had good success wearing w/ mature skin. & the pots are glass and nice. Wish I would have tried the liners. They are getting high reviews. Thanks!

I did really like this grungey look on you though! I have to say also, that I would 100% pay that price for a luxe quad if it was something I could use on it's own. I need one that has a super jet black, a nice fawn transition, and then two unique super interesting shimmers. I would pay £50 for that and it would LIVE in my daily bag, and go on every trip with me. If anyone knows of one like that please let me know! Great work as always @kitschsnitch 🖤❤🖤

I'm surprised how cool Mink is! I also thought it's going to be this gorgeous neutral shade. Pencil looks amazing. Eyeshadow palette is nice but would be great to have a bit deeper neutral tone palette. But i looove the packaging! Very pity they don't send orders from UK but only from US, i would try lip tint and liner, but it's not worth additional fees.

I just pulled out my Tweed brick, it’s autumn here. I wonder if you’ve used this much and how you think of it now. I’ve learned to do light natural looks with it, because going overboard on red can make me look a bit ill. But I love it anyway.

This palette, the mink color (I think the combo is so beautiful!), and the lipstick are highly on my radar. I am hoping for some banging black friday sale. Idk why, but you (also in beauty news) never mentioned that it's a "clean" and sustainable brand and I think that's a big reason for the high prizes. Other than that I loved this video as always, you made it work so well, it's a pretty look

KitschSnitch yes the mink eyeshadow pot is definitely cool toned in person. It was the only item I have purchased so far and I wish it was a bit warmer but I will use it up. I really want to try the kajal liner in black and the tweed brick but I am not sure how it will work on my very deep skin tone.

*Would you say the eyeliner lasts a long time in the waterline without smudging? If you tightline with it does it transfer to the lower waterline? So far the best eyeliners I've found for tightlineing/waterline are the Ardell Wanna Get Lucky liners and the Marc Jacob's highliners. Although, Milani has a new retractable liner (with a burgundy shade) that are very long lasting.*

I did update the liner in the description box. It wore really well on me. It wore until the end of the day easily and I had a little bit still on the next morning when I wore it a few times. The only thing it that it does wear off a little unevenly. I found the outer corners wore off a lot more than the middle part, but that's pretty standard on me with even the best wearing liners. So I can confidently say it wears well, but it's not perfect. The thing that probably impressed me the most was how easy it was to apply. I really like the wear of liners like the Marc Jacobs Fineliners bit they take more work to apply than this one does. Hope that helps ♥️

Not a fan of the brick idea , hourglass did that years ago and it bombed her prices are rediculous , some of these people charging $48 Tati , manny $50 etc , just because you play with makeup doesn’t mean you are some makeup creator ,,, shit I guess I could make a quad and sell it for 60 because I play with makeup too ,,,you can make any shadow look good
