a part of my family also did something similar with their living situation. my grandmas brother bought 10+ acres here in az, he gave each of his kids a piece of it and helped them build their homes on the same property him and my aunts home is on. its super awesome going to visit my cousin and then walking down the hill to my great uncle and aunt lol:)
