Rewatching shows like Victorious and ICarly again as adults, you realize you could never fully appreciate those shows as a kid, like seriously, how did they slide those jokes in? Especially the sexual ones. Sometimes it's like they didn't even try to hide it. This show was my childhood, and I enjoy it even more as a 20 year old because it's even more funny now that I can understand all of the jokes, like I legit said "Oh shit! They didn't." so many times rewatching old clips and episodes.

As much as I generally think reboots are really overdone at this point, Victorious is one of the few shows that I would be ok with having a reboot, since it ended so abruptly, and a reboot would give it a second chance to have a finale that actually offered closure.

If there was a reboot I would like to see tori as a successful pop singer and how her life is, maybe it can tackle the struggles famous singers face like paparazzi, the media and how they treat her body and as a woman generally in the public eye, I feel like Ariana grande can help the writers out to get it realistic, maybe they can write scripts based off of real experiences Ariana faced. I would like to see Andre as a music producer helping out tori with songs, maybe he can have his own famous record label tori is signed to? I’d want jade to do something artistic, maybe a makeup KZbinr or fashion designer, she can draw and do art as a hobby and maybe she could be a former musician with a few hit songs but I know I’d want them to dive deeper into her mental health and why she was so toxic and rude as a teenager, maybe there can be a dramatic convo about why she was the way she was, maybe she could’ve been svicidal and/or suffered from some kind of eating disorder so it can tackle and educate people on mental health. I’d want her to be bisexual and maybe she could’ve dumped beck for a woman, that would definitely be good normalization for gays yknow, as long as it doesn’t sexualize and dehumanize wlw, plus the fans of the show already speculate jade being bi so it would be good for the fans. I want cat to do something unpredictable, something wonky, not in a weird way but in an unexpected random way, idk exactly but I wouldn’t expect her to be a singer or an actress given the way she is, it would be funny to see her be a business woman or scientist or maybe ironically she could’ve become a psychologist lmao I’d want to see them dive deeper into what her home life was like, maybe they can make dramatic flashbacks of the shit that caused her to go insane with her brother and her family, maybe there can be an episode where they visit her brother in a mental hospital and the plot can be how he escaped and was harassing everyone cat knew to make her upset As of beck he’s not a very interesting character tbh he’s kinda always on the side and there isn’t much about him, but I’d want him to become an actor for sure Trina would definitely be an infamous comedic KZbinr or tiktoker, they could make her the most famous and rich person on the show having some sort of clothing line giving her money, she could embrace her chaotic energy and use it positively, or negatively, I don’t really care Oh and I wanna see Robbie in a mental hospital tbh because if you think about it in a real sense that man is fucking crazy and disgusting… generally it’s pretty disturbing to be a 16-17 year old having a puppet on at all times saying anything you’re afraid to say even when no one is around and have it shame you all the time, also the things he made Rex say and “do” was really really bad like sexually harassing Trina by being all like “you wanna know my two favorite things about you” also the time he cut Trina’s gimbal that lifted her up in attempt to either severely injure her or literally kill her, even things that had nothing to do with Rex like having a mysterious reason why cat doesn’t like when he plays “pirates” with her, made cardboard cutouts of her, probably way more stuff I can’t think of, I don’t even really wanna see him in a reboot if I’m being honest, but that’s no disrespect to the actor, if he wants to continue he has every right and I’d respect that but I have no want to see him in a reboot as Robbie, but if he does all I’d want is him to be gay/bi/etc like they definitely made it clear his character was not a straight man, but yeah this was my wants for the reboot
