I've had depression and OCD my entire life (I'm turning 33 in a week and My Mom tells me I was quite an anxious child with bad OCD, before she knew they were mental health conditions) and everyone who knew me as a kid called me an old soul. The holidays are especially hard for people struggling with their mental health. Not only is it a lonely time of year for a lot of people, but SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) is also very difficult to deal with.

She was such a phenomenal athlete, and such a beautiful young lady, with so much potential. For those that don’t deal with this, it’s easy to shrug it off like…”they’re rich or they were just promoted or they just signed a lucrative contract or they’re always laughing etc.” A person can have everything in the world and still suffer from depression and suicidal thoughts. Her sister put it best. She was a bright light. She uplifted everyone effortlessly with her infectious positive energy, and her beautiful smile, which was always present. In our most brutal sport, she never talked trash or had anything negative to say about anyone. She conducted herself as a true martial artist, treating everyone with respect. Everyone said this about her, whether it was media, or fellow fighters in the sport. She remained humble and kind, despite being one of the hottest prospects in the fastest growing sport in the world. She was so young to enter this sport at the highest level, but quickly proved she belonged, finishing all three of her opponents in one of the world's best MMA promotions. All this is why her death has hit us so hard. I hope we can some day understand what happened. Regardless, I am grateful that I was able to witness her career and be uplifted and inspired by her.

Well to keep that honor going spiritually you need to live in accordance to validate such a confession of love. In other words you need to do things that she did not. Example consuming high sources of nutrition versus the traditional clean diet and there's a few other steps beyond that. However the high source of nutrition is what will allow the body to have all the vitamins minerals protein so forth and so on it needs to function at its best. In other words her dreams would have came true if her father friends and family understood that overtraining without the proper precautions has been scientifically linked to a hormonal imbalance that triggers all severe like depression emotions and symptoms even worsen the situation is the vaccination shot has similar side effects. So she may have been dealing with both of those worst-case scenarios resulting in a hormonal imbalance that is five or 10 times more intense than any grown woman could handle even under the best circumstances. Sadly everybody's predetermined systematic response to life-and-death has prevented them from seeing the God-given signs Victoria personally expressed herself publicly globally over the last past few years or more. In other words without knowing the situation in its entirety you cannot personalize without such an understanding justice and progress will never be for the mass majority of the past present or future children, juveniles, minors, who are still in their peak prime social emotional physical development.

The saddest tragedy here is the fact that her family friends and team didn't take the proper precautions to prevent this from occurring. Even worse is the fact that when she was 16 she gave an interview sarcastically saying nobody needed to be overly concerned about her age or health. When a 16-year-old says that the focus should be on that aspect of the statement. And then in another interview after a fight she said that she loved . family understood how emotional it was but when she said that statement I heard panic within her voice which indicates she was pleading out for help in front of the whole world probably during the only time she had to do so. Because when those who are closest to you are pushing you to the breaking point and you have a gentle heart. You don't want to anger upset or make those feel inadequate for the gross negligence so you reveal the truth in subtle ways hoping someone will notice. What they needed to to prevent this from occurring. Some things I learned on the way back to my body was all the various different spiritual kickbacks that are available for the many different ways one may live and die off. One thing I have learned experiencing death myself personally combined with countless near-death experiences. Is that prayers and blessings stuff like that doesn't mean anything unless a person is willing to live in accordance to validate such a confession. And I'm sure that you need to improve upon and maintain the quality of your own life to a higher degree of certainty for you to be able to effectively send a blessing. A little bit more involved than just simply saying some theatrical sympathetic remorseful words that have been in circulation for thousands of years. But one of the big differences in ancient souls and spirits were not being way down with the effects of a diminished quality of life from coast-to-coast because of global pollution.

Even then there soul and spirit could never handle being implemented with all the disease sickness illness pain and suffering abuse and neglect hunger injury so forth and so on that has been allowed to occur manifesting practically since the dawn of creation into what we have today. Which is a population of people who are soft lazy out of shape over fed undernourished weaklings that basically neglected their own physical freedom throughout their life from the inside out. In part because they are constantly going along to get along assuming presuming falsifying on their own behalf taking whatever is most convenient instead of what is needed to make real physical mental financial spiritual beneficial rewarding progress occur within each and every moment of life. So you must understand as good as your argument against me could've been. Those aspects and much more were taken into consideration prior during and after my challenge into death as an 8-year-old. And I say it like that because I have three prior death experiences that were equally as intense if not more extreme. However one of the differences is I was not fully consciously aware spiritually prepared like I was when I was eight. Plus countless near-death experiences were vehicles were completely wrapped almost getting hit by a train in the process of dodging the train almost falling 60 or 70 feet to the ground. Getting hit by cars and trucks riding my bike doing a face plant downhill skiing going about 60 mph extreme stuff like that. In addition to my mother and father and other family members dying off when I was extremely young. My grandmother dying from cancer. My mother and father still open cases. In other words think about what your heart has been challenged with versus what I have told you mind has been. And I've given you the short list of what goes into bearing death-defying all crippling scars on your head and neck. Nonetheless my point remains the same live in accordance by becoming physically fit mentally sound spiritually balanced being able to express physical freedom which is a primary key and a person being able to constantly consistently live up to the pleasure potential responsibility of femininity and masculinity. For only at this level of body awareness does one actually naturally have the self-control discipline loyalty devotion appreciation and respect + the playful determination to consciously acknowledge and physically participate in being true towards love honor and the creation of life in the way of marriage between husband and wife becoming a mother and father. Option two although alone not quite as exciting physically mentally financially spiritually beneficial rewarding. Nonetheless a quantum leap in progress compared to the way the mass majority throughout the ages has been living dying off missing out on. More currently specifically today Donald Trump and like-minded. Who are lacking the wisdom knowledge physical capabilities of being able to ground and pound slip and grip into paradise so intensely intimately that it gets the soul and spirit off with no negativity attached maybe even in the free and clear. I didn’t know of her and heartbreaking as a mother of a almost 18 year old daughter, I know how incredibly young 18 really is, so much life she’ll never get to experience, nor will her family. Example when she was 16 she sarcastically said nobody needed to be overly concerned about her age or health. When a 16-year-old says something like that that's exactly the aspect of the statement that needs to be taken to heart. And then in another interview after a fight she clearly said she understood how emotional it was missed and loved her family.
