The late 90s - early 2000s shows had something magical. They were a perfect mix between fashion show and entertainment. Pre '98 it was a bit boring and in the mid-2000s it all started turning into a ridiculous circus.

Exactly , that’s why the business declined . The shows got more and more ridiculous focusing on the artists and the stage design more than the product and models . I would say 2005/2006 was the last good show

Nah, they were just as waif in fashion as they are now. They just emphasized their busts more then. They were still largely waif bodies, without curvy hips, butts, and thighs. Don't let the push-up bras fool you--that's precisely what they were selling.

I miss the old days of VSFS like this which was very elegant, classy, smart, glamour, sophistocated with bunch of great supermodels and top models as the front runner that elevated the show. No music performer, only focused on the models. Not like today which was more like musical concert, that focused on the performer not the models with less top models and bunch with crap, tacky, skinny, just looking basic-girl models parade on the runway. Especially when show getting worse, tacky, not attractive, after 2016-2018. Plissss bring back these incredible women and supermodels from 90's and 00's 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
