I was watching a video on KZbin a few days ago and it featured this judge. He admitted that it took two attempts to be called to the bar as he was not considered to be intelligent enough. I’m sure that DEI is responsible for his progression to become a senior judge. It seems he’s untouchable and now that he’s openly gone against an MP and Farage at that, he’s a marked man and I’ll be interested to see what becomes of him in the future. I reckon he’ll be inside himself within the decade.

The only visible flags or emblems allowed in a court of law should the the coat of arms on the wall behind the judge. I would include pins or patches with the union flag or any other emblem on them. Keep it neutral, and any Judge with the eyesight to see them should instruct the wearer to remove them, and the same goes for veils. The public must be reassured that Judges are impartial.

She was trying to subvert the democratic process. She also caused damage and assaulted him. She also effectively encouraged others to do the same thing. I'd say her actions were serious. At the very least, she should have received a sentence to deter others from doing the same thing. Instead, she was effectively let off. Inappropriate.

If I was Nigel I would ask for a re trail ..stating other case outcomes who got fines or prison for less..I certainly wouldn't let it go at that..
