This is so accurately observed! I remember doing this sort of stuff in the 40's when this would have seemed scandalous to the average 10 year old. So sad that we have lost Victoria Wood. A lovely person.

I would imagine they rehearsed a fair bit to perfect the interaction during the game segment. Love the random scabs then television openers. That slight pause before the audience erupts with laughter at the bracelet line! Victoria’s character looks visibly hurt when Julie’s character lays into her for messing up the first time lol.
