You have made your bathroom so beautiful. My bathrooms are so plan and ugly next to yours. A fresh paint job all the way through the house would make a big difference. Getting my sewing room in order (weeding out the items and fabrics I will never use) could make the sewing room much easier to use for me. My cats like it the way it is; but, I'm not a cat. Watching you arrange your bottle collection gives me ideas for what to do with the (large green and brown glass) olive oil bottles I have been saving. They are much too beautiful to send to the dump. What a wonderful idea. A heart made out of buttons, behind glass, in a picture frame. That's a wonderful way of displaying antique buttons. Thank you for so many wonderful new ideas.

Love the details! The only way to keep my ferns alive indoors is to put a drainage plate between the decorative pot and the plant pot; I put water in the big pot, so it humidifies the leaves naturally. The water cannot touch the bottom of the plant pot. It is like when people put peables and water under plant pots, same principle.

I can imagine how daunted you were to begin with. I know here in North America, people are amazed at how us Brits had carpet in bathrooms. I like to think I have green fingers but my maidenhead fern is causing me some worries. After moving it around, I have found mine likes more sun than you think ferns would prefer plus I mist it frequently (although you won't have that problem in a bathroom!)
