Thank you Mr.Steven for that nice tour and that lovely home the bad side is no cielling fan in the rooms and in the utility room no sink that is to bad but the kichen was very nice with all the spase to site 4 and love the 2 lazy Suesan in the kichen and love the shap of the windows in over all nice

Remember ceiling fans are the Cosmetics. You can always add those as aftermarket products. Now as far as the sink in utility room I'm not sure about that one. You probably have to contact the dealer they can give you more information if you can add it or not. And yes this is a huge kitchen. & the two lazy Susans were a plus. The kitchen was definitely built for entertainment. Overall very good points made. Thanks for your feedback And you are absolutely welcome😊👍.

Thank you for touring and posting this home. It literally checks all the boxes!…The only exception is that it lacks a dedicated entryway, as so many manufactured homes do. Other than that it’s hard not to love this one, thanks again

I like the living room. I like the kitchen. I don’t like that someone walks in and sees the kitchen right off. I want much more separation. I don’t like the location of the dining room even though it’s pretty. I would take out that extra bar and use that space for my dining room. Kitchen is really nice. I would want a pantry where the desk area is. Nice family room. I would want a fireplace in it. I think I might want a door leading to the family room for more privacy. Really nice laundry room. Great guest bathroom. Nice guest bathroom. Nice guest bedrooms. Nice master bedroom. Great master bathroom. You did great. Thank you for the tour. Have a great day.

First impressions: I really like the colors they chose on the outside of this home, very nice. When you stepped inside and I got a look at that kitchen, wow! I'm not sure I quite understand the need for two islands, but other than that, it's the selling point of this place.

I agree. I this is a very nice home. Unfortunately. At least when I was there. I did NOT observe of a pantry of any kind. But I imagine you can have the floor plan altered a little bit in the kitchen area. To accommodate one. Be sure to ask this dealer for more details concerning that matter. Hello Steven, I am on the fence with house. It is beautiful no doubt, but for me this house would be a no go. I do not like that I have no place to build off of for my backyard deck/patio for my outdoor kitchen. However I do like that there is two living spaces what I do not like is that the secondary bathroom is facing the den/family room, I love that the dining room is actually a dining room & not just an area off the kitchen. The best feature of this house is the primary ensuite, I was disappointed in the primary closet space in this house. A house as elegant as this one does not have an elegant walk in closet in primary has fail!!

Yeah you are absolutely right. Finding an actual place to put a deck or patio would be a challenge. But it's definitely not impossible. But it would definitely be something to consider when initially purchasing this home. You are absolutely right about that. All in all. This would be the right home for a family out there. Folding laundry In Laundry room is a.near must. But where do you put the ironing board? I have never seen a home toured with a place for the ironing board.

From what I observed. There is plenty of space in the utility room for a ironing board. I will probably use it along the sidewall. At least that’s where I would use it at. But to each their own as far as that goes. But very good suggestion, though.👍😊

I'm not sure if this brand of home is based in Virginia. From my understanding. They are based only in Florida , Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama. I imagine they do deliver across state lines though. But don't qoute me though. Love your videos, love your voice. This home is pretty but has to many flaws. No coat closet in entry, utility room not at end of home so cannot add a garage. Kitchen is beautiful but no walk in pantry?? Crazy🤪. Master bath, no counter spaces, no drawers. Main living area no place for TV. Family room all furniture has to be put at one end due to so Sammy doorways in that room. You can tell a women did not design this house😂😂I would have to pass on this house but watched the whole thing to listen to your voice. You should be an announcer.

It definitely reminds you of it. But a much upgraded version of one. I love the fact that it has full sheetrock throughout the home. But I could also live with the board- in Baton seems too. This is definitely NOT our grandparents mobile home.😉👍
