OMG! Thania girl, I was upset about the same thing with my slippers. I actually complained about it but the customer service disconnected me. And I ordered online from them twice and didn’t receive the Sherpa bag even though I spent well over $85, they sent me a plain PINK tote worth $40 that I already have. Lol u have to be up early I guess.
