Can’t go wrong. Well maybe the S54. Kinda ridiculous, but very cool.

@@swizzarmygrizz The S54 looks a little to big right now,and I do have a Swisschamp I got from Hawaii Knife & Gear which he made as a gift for me with Koa wood scales,he was thanking me for my service in Vietnam it’s really beautiful and special to me.

Nice engineering on the scissors. My Victorinox ones have packed up as the spring got twisted. Well, still work, but prefer yours.

The Vic ✂️ are fairly easy to replace once you get it down, but removing that factor entirely was the genius of the Wenger design.

@@swizzarmygrizz Thanks for the advice. I'm hoping to get a new Victorinox soon (Huntsman in UK). Your videos have inspired me!

Did Wenga ever make a wallet tool like Victorinox. I have a couple of the victorinox ones and they are fantastic.

Not that I know of. Haven’t tried one myself.

I suspect the screwdriver on the mirror has largely been replaced in function by the small screwdriver on the can opener, and is, thus, currently unnecessary.

I glued a magnet to the end of the magnifier. Now it's a magnetic probe. Pick up lost hardware.

It's been said the Delemont series are now on their way out and indeed they are disappearing here In the UK! I'm not a fan of the magnifier lense on the Wenger version or indeed the scissors either they are very prone to jamming up and the cam action really annoys me ! And I agree with you on the liners ! They are also quite sharp out the box too ? I'm not going to miss this series personally if they do indeed go ?
@swizzarmygrizz2 жыл бұрын
I hope they don’t go. They are fantastic in keeping Wenger’s wonderful heritage alive and also provide much needed variety in an endless sea of printed scales. I’ve never had issues with the scissors jamming, usually only happens cutting something not suited.

I collect the victorinox chefs knives. And have a victorinox knife with a wenga handle.

The cork screw opener is the most useless item on the sak and don’t get why they still make it.
@swizzarmygrizz2 жыл бұрын
If you don’t like corkscrews then buckle up, because that is a major feature and part of the aesthetics of the traditional Swiss Army Knife design. Aside from the fact that throughout the world, many people use corkscrews daily, they are useful for carrying other tools and accessories as well as untying over taught knots and other purposes by creative minds. Cork screws are essential for a proper SAK.

Corkscrew makes a great holder for tiny eyeglass screwdriver or a Vic firesteel/tinder kit.
