Personally I find them better than folding pliers of an equivalent head size/thickness which are in multitools such as the Leatherman Squirt PS4, Gerber Dime, and Nextool Mini Flagship. Firstly this is essentially a small pair of dedicated pliers which are attached to a SAK handle, which are intrinsically stronger than a pliers head connected to folding handles. Secondly they sit much better in the hand than my Squirt for example which I can only hold with two fingers and a thumb, whereas the Vic pliers fill my hand better giving me more control and leverage. Finally they have more reach. Obviously they are to be used within their size limitations.

They are definitely a small force to be reckoned with and I find new uses for them everyday. I feel they are sturdier in many ways than many other small multitool pliers out there on the market but every tool has its limitations no matter the size. Any tool misused can fail.
