I just got a Spirit X today (new) and the pliers are completely seized 😕 I tried opening it by force, scratched all my fingers, it is much harder to open / closed than a normal seized pliers from rust or so, it feel like something very wrong mechanically kzbin.info/www/bejne/iZKkZoCdZ8ucr7M

My absolute favourite daily carry. Don't bother trying to fix it, just send it in under warranty and they will give you a new one that works perfectly.
