For the people who moaning: "The Victorinox S.A.K.s aren't safe because the blades or saws unlocking while working", I tell them this: Suppose that after some driving lessons taking your licence and you demand to drive a .... Formula 1 car! Amusing insane isn't it??? All I'm trying to say is that the Victorinox S.A.K.s are great cutting tools for anyone who CAN handle them! And "I can to" comes after "I will to"! For once more, Nikos, well done for your great work because it's already been appreciated!

if a small pocket tool had locks for any tool you gonna loose many tools.also a knife without a lock blade is legal in Greece.anyway if you use the sak tools with the right way is complete safe.thanks for your explanation and you support.

Once again, you have shown a SAK is more versatile than people give it credit for. When I use my saw to strike a ferro, I put the tip of the saw on the surface, spine up and pull my ferro rod across it. The hold you showed with the legs is known as the plumber's vice here in the U.S. Thanks for sharing, SAK Wizard.

You are absolutely correct about the utility of the saw. I gave away my SAKs that didn't have a saw and replaced them with ones that do. Not a Bushcrafter but I'm in the woods a lot with my dog and walking. The saw has proved useful several times. Good work, as always. Greetings from the Eastern shore of Maryland USA

I use this saw almost more than the blade. The virtue is when working with horses or around the stable the saw is on me in my pocket and readily available instead of walking back for tools in the car. I have used it hundreds of time and why I carry the Equestrian around the horses to this day. Hoof pick also helps pick apart a knot.

I just learned a trick with the tweezers. I have two tires that are flat. You can put sealing goo inside them, to seal the leak. The problem was, I don't have a valve stem core tool, so I could remove the valve in order to put goo in the tire. I used the tweezers and the plier from my Swiss Champ to pull the core. Insert the tweezers into the stem, rotating until they engage in the cutouts of the core. Then, grip the tweezers with your pliers, and rotate counter-clockwise. The core will come out after a few turns. It did bend my tweezers, but with two minutes work I got them back to their original shape. Thought I would share. 👍

Φυσικα μπορεις,λιωνεις κερι και βουτας μεσα καποιο κορδονι στο σωστο μεγεθος η το φυτιλι του κεριου,ακομα πιο ευκολα μπουρεις να παρεις λουμινια,αυτα τα κερωμενα φυτιλια για τα καντηλακια και να τα κρυψεις κατω απο καποιο εργαλειο του σουγια.

@@nikgyver7 πήγα πήρα να δοκιμάσω το φυτίλι από τα καντήλια. Το εξυσα λίγο να ανοίξει και με τον σπινθηριστη έριξα αρκετές φορές μέχρι που κατάλαβα ότι δεν παίρνει. Θέλει φλόγα για να αρπάξει. Το έβαλα πάνω σε ένα βαμβάκι, με τον σπινθηριστη έριξα σπίθες πάνω στο βαμβάκι. Πήρε φωτιά και το φυτίλι που ήταν επάνω του άρπαξε και διατήρησε αρκετή ώρα φλόγα. Ειναι ένα πολύ καλό προσάναμα το οποίο θέλει και κάτι ακόμα για να ξεκινήσει να καίει.
