Google pays on 21st and the money arrives in your bank account 22nd. But at times it could take up to the 28th before the amount paid gets to your account.

Wait till you reach the KZbin requirement. Then, login to your Adsense, you should see an activate your account button in your dashboard, you will be required to verify your phone number, then you can add your KZbin channel URL as website link.

You can fill your tax info anytime. Hope the channel demonetization had no effect on your Adsense account. Because if that happens you can’t monetize another channel with same Adsense account and the money you have there can’t be withdrawn, meaning it’s gone.

They still deduct taxes but the tax only applies to Earnings generated from US audience alone.

Is your KZbin channel connected to your AdSense account? Tax only applies to AdSense for KZbin and does not applies to Adsense for blogs/website.
