The HOA in Victory is $110/month, but you also pay $130 for Verrado because you have access to the amenities that Verrado has to offer.

Thank you for the video. I tried to find the restrictions regarding Victory at Verrado since we are 55+, but our daughter in college is not. Just thinking ahead if she graduates and is looking for a job, living with us. Are residents allowed to have their adult (18+) children live with them? I assume many would say to look in Verrado then, not the 55+ area. Having the pools and amenities w/o kids in Victory available would be very desirable. Do you know if Verrado residents can also pay the Victory monthly fee to have access to these if they are over 55? Thanks.

Any person 19 years of age or older may occupy a home with an Age Qualified Occupant (55+). You must live in Victory to have access to Victory's amenities. If you purchase a home in Victory you will pay both HOA's for Victory ($110 currently 2024) and Verrado ($130 currently 2024). Your 19-year-old would have access to Verrado's amenities, which includes a fitness center and pools etc. Feel free to email me or give me a call! [e-mail]
