Victory Car Wash - Riverview US-301 Site #2 (Outside & Inside Perspectives)

This location was built as a flex-serve. The wash tunnel has a roughly ‘150 conveyor with MacNeil equipment, ICS controller and POS, and Turtle Wax Pro chemicals. Every customer is given the option of an extensive bug prep before being sent through, as well as additional drying via a Peco SC04 Shammy Dry mitter with Brushcom MicroDry, making it one of the first washes in the state of Florida to use it. Unlike their first location, this tunnel has been packed with more equipment, including both entrance and exit facing top brushes, 2 sets of wraparounds, and dual wheel cleaning. Overall, every car I saw during my visit came out very clean, but not very dry. I would still very well recommend this facility if you live in the area.

I personally love the prep. The wash isn't going to get everything, especially in the front, such as bugs and it won't get everything in the back if the wrap doesnt make contact or a vehicle with a huge hitch. But, I dont believe in prepping the whole car.

I'm on the other side here. I see the Macneil equipment. If your chemistry is right with two top brushes and the rs550 there's no need for any prep. Your wasting that labor with the guys scrubbing. Plus they didn't scrub evenly so the process isn't there and worst yet my biggest pet peeves... He took the same brush from paint to wheel without rinsing it. Sure fire way to scratch someone's car. Seriously though you paid for an HP arch a rs550 and have two top brushes you should not be prepping at all if your chemistry is right. I run a car wash. I only have one top brush and a wheel boss. With my chemistry and equipment dialed in I am putting out a better car not prepping than when we used to prep. Food for thought.

The guy loading standing between conveyor (safety hazard).. guy with air pods in while in front of car scrubbing (safety hazard) . The guy that decided to brush the wheels with the same brush he touched the car with . Bad idea duty to contaminating the bucket due to break dust. (Bad for paint) …. Last and foremost. For that many people to prep one car and do that much cleaning waaaay before going through the wash takes away from the wash performance . Let the wash do it’s job . See what it can do… if it miss something. Tweek it . Fix up the settings to where the wash do what u want… that’s what all that money was spent for … u guys are wasting labor and time … the wash does pretty good.. that’s too much time spent on one car … it looks like Sunny’s equipment. It can for sure do what you want. And for plz chain that old chain to a log chain. Easier !! Trust me . My washes wash well over 200+ cph with 1600+ cars a day not along talking about a week or a month. I’ve been in that spont trust me but u gotta adapt to the new ways
