I love the 2nd and 3rd patterns. I've done the tossed 9-patch and it is a lovely quilt to make. Thank you for the history lesson. It's so nice to know the story behind the quilts :-)

Move needle position once to the right for scant quarter inch.yes that’s what I do!

Mine did the same thing Michi D. I tried to move it back and do it over. Sometimes it worked but at the end everything was black and I couldn't see anything.
