Maybe he uses hotter pickups than you? And a boost pedal maybe... I find that with the superkraken I own changing the voicing of pickups respectively the amp voicing adds a lot of gain... ( preamp focus is a boost too though hehe)

yeah ive been scratching my head on this sever since i got mine as well. it simply does not break up like that at noon. ive tried it with some VERY hot pickups. not sure what the difference is, and i dont wanna send it back because i love the amp

No offence but I'm sure if he could help it he would. Have you got nothing better to moan about? Talk about first world problems, you probably don't realise you're even born. No offence though. At least the way you come across is something you can change. Perhaps it's medical reasons or many prescription drugs can give very dry mouth. You choose to be rude, it's a choice. No offence.
