This is my 2011 victory vision. I added a trunk upgrade, some new chrome , and an exhaust modification.

Looks good. Sounds good. Even if your lacking the ability to weld I can't imagine a muffler shop would charge much just to weld two pieces of tailpipe back together.

Can you add some comments or instructions on what you did to your pipes?

Yes. It's a bit of work, but it's fairly easy. I removed the heat shields and the mufflers on each side. I cut each muffler in half with an air powered cutting tool. (An electric one will work just as well) Once they are cut in half, pull them apart and you will see the baffles. work the baffles out of the muffler and then weld the muffler back together. Be sure to weld them so that the mounting screws are in the same position as they were before you removed them. put the mufflers and the heat shields back on the bike and enjoy!

Thanks. I didn't make a video of the process because it would've been too hard to work and hold my phone at the same time. LOL. The process was easy though. What I did was remove the mufflers, cut them in half, pulled the baffles out, and welded them back together.
