Nice analysis as always. When you say Haris Rauf, Shaheen etc. should consistently bowl hard lengths on this pitch, the issue is just that one word: consistency. That comes from practice of bowling long spells (domestic and red ball). These bowlers can't bowl 6 continuous balls on one line and length.
