This team knew what to do when to do it. How many times did Ryan say he had nothing to do. Wasn’t it ironic that when Young Ryan brought over the skid steer to lift the machine onto the pad Ryan had to ridicule him, he wanted to be important. Any other Boss/Father would use this as a proving ground for his son’s ability. This tells me all I need to know about micro management. Then viewers wonder why the whole crew show absolutely no initiative……….this is why!!!

Ryan, as a blue collar man this got me emotional, truly. You deserve this so much. All the struggles and fights with the city but you persevered. Having all your family there will most certainly be core memories. Your mom was so incredibly proud of you, that smile she had the entire time was incredible.
