Hey Ryan, back in 2001 I worked for a printing company and the owner was a lot like you and believe it or not he did the exact same thing, only he took all 7 of us on his own boat for the day on Long Island sound from Connecticut. He bought us lunch also. This video brought me back to one of the best times of my life and a man I’m still an old friend with to this day. Thank You.

Ive been watching from the start here as well but from the sidelines and I must say you definitely are a stand up dude! I'm a sole proprietor home remodeler here in Milwaukee and while I grew up poor I can say I have been blessed to have seen the finer things since my grandparents had money and spent my childhood summers in Northern lower Michigan on a lake and while nothing has ever came easy for me I too like to help people and to see happiness around me and while I work hard I also like to have a good time. Ryan - I have to say man, watching your videos make me smile and laugh. You are my new favorite channel to watch. You radiate positivity and you genuinely care about the people around you in your community and treat your workers like family. Being in a family business with my dad for almost 10 years now, I have grown up with the folks who work in our office, they have all been there for over 25 years. He has always paid them well and treated them like family. He always expressed his responsibility to their livelihood and paying them a good living wage. Because he realizes without them he could not have been successful himself. It is always about the team and growing together. I also think it is great you have your kids involved in your business, the same way my own dad got me involved at a young age. It has made me very successful at a young age getting that early start and learning what hard work in the real world was. I did some concrete jobs when I was younger and it is not easy work, but being on those jobs taught me a lot. Keep up the good work - you are a fantastic role model for everyone watching.
