I can’t tell you all how great an experience this project was. Footprints, rain pouring sideways, no work boots … all that just added a little color to what we thought was going to be a pain in the butt. But I have to say when I woke up yesterday morning I missed those guys … and Ryan popped by before we woke up and measured and delivered an estimate to repair the footprints. Special shout-out to Al who stayed behind during the torrential downpour for 4 hours babysitting our front stoop covering it, then fixing it, then covering again, then fixing it. The whole team is passionate about their work. Oh, and by the way … we got an awesome driveway built too. Can’t wait to shoot some hoops on it. And go Bucks!

I'm from Norway in Europe, with no connection to the construction industry besides my grandfather, and here I am watching minute by minute the life of a local concrete contractor in the United States. How surreal isn't that! And even though I'm sure we are very different people, individually, politically, and somewhat culturally, I can still relate to your life, values and role as a leader and entrepreneur. Coming from a concrete contractor, You don’t need to revisit. You already know they still look good by watching their methods of prepping placing and finishing. These guys are top notch.

Since that was an easy fix he did it (but who knows if he charged again for an error he made originally). But either way it was a very quick fix. How often does his jobs need re-working? Or does it hold up? That's kinda all we wanted to know.

I love the channel! Came up in my recommendations and have watched every video during the past couple weeks. I only have a little experience with concrete, but was backbreaking work but so satisfying. Had a main water line break when I was growing up and its a 120 foot run to the street. My dad got quoted $8000 to cut the cut the concrete dig up and replace. We rented a concrete saw and a jackjammer and me and my brothers and father cut the concrete, jackhammered the 4" concrete, dug down the dirt and replaced the water line, then poured and finished the new concrete. It was a tough 2-3 days but we got it done for a few hundred bucks compared to 8k, tough work and my only experience with concrete, but a great memory. It was tough work but so satisfying when done. As my dad said "it's better than digging ditches." and " good enough for state work" lol

My dad poured my parents driveway 25+ years ago. Our childhood dog Buddy just had to step on one corner before he realized it was a fresh wet pour! I still look at that footprint when I walk to their front door and remember all the good times we had with Buddy who's long since passed.

I work commercial construction as a welder, I was walking with my eyes on the ceiling as I was setting up for my next job, when I thought the ground felt a little funny.. I look down to see I was in the middle of a freshly poured slab with my boots sunk about 5" into the slab... The real kicker is that I was the one that welded in nelson studs for the slab, so I went to the pour foreman and was like "Hey, I don't know who did it but some idiot just walked all over your freshly poured slab over there.." he looked down at my boots and just started laughing, there was no flagging around the slab so he didn't get mad. Easy fix.

Must be something with the red colors. I had one do the same thing with pink. homeowner dog followed her all over the place. She went outside and didnt take him with her. I was rolling out a bedroom in pink at the time. As I was applying roller to wall. the homeowner came walking around the outside of the home and the dog went to that window to look outside at her and stepped into the pan in the process. I turned just in time to see the dog leave the pan as the lady walked back into the back yard. The house from the bedroom to the back door looked like the Pink Panther had just run through it.

@@benjaminsagau 1. Being concretive doesn't necessarily mean you follow the bible to the T, or are even religious at all. Being religious isn't mutually exclusive with being concretive. 2. As he has mentioned she is 18 so technically, she could dress however she wanted to (unless its the "if you live my in my house, you follow the rules or or out" rule (that may or may not be the case, we don't know).

My father always told me,after you are 18,I don’t care what you do,you can even do drugs.Your life your choice,under my roof ,my rules..It turned out well tough.We have a company together,a house and plan on buying a farm together.Everything I am and Do I owe because he knew how to motivate me.
