Ryan I can almost guarantee it would be worth it to get a diesel tank on your land there. My work has a 4,500 gallon tank and we save around a dollar a gallon. They come and fill it up once a month or so and it’s convenient. Plus the tank itself is a rental and it’s free for us. I’m in Texas but definitely something to look at

Every municipality is different in their permitting processes, plus there are layers of building code and also aesthetic requirements. There is universal building code, which every state follows, plus states can have stricter codes, counties can add their layer of codes, then the incorporated city/town/village has their own code requirements and appearance requirements as well. On top of that, there are Economic Zones that may also have appearance guidelines and their own taxation as well.

A fuel tank won’t cause you any issues! We have a couple and my best guys dad is the one with the fuel company we work with and it was super easy to get tanks and fuel delivery!!!

Hey Ryan great videos , just sharing some trade knowledge from one trade to another.. whenever you guys are setting up raceways (pvc for electrical) make sure you use the right kind of PVC.. it has to be the type meant for electrical , schedule 40 the grey pvc you find in the electrical isle.. by not putting the right pvc in you end up putting the electrician in a tight spot because they can legally say no to using the pvc if it’s the wrong type if it was something the electrician would pull a permit for then he wouldn’t be able to pass an inspection because the pipe under the newly poured slab isn’t the right type. But I know the homeowner bought it for this pour but just wanted to share some knowledge with you for your own projects to help you with some sparky codes
