I got semi scammed on the Chicago containers, bought 2 - 20ft supposedly one use. They were both pretty dinged up but were watertight and solid. They work great for storage, I'd reconsider not buying a couple or one 40ft. Just a door is all you need, windows are a security risk.

Question: In the circular garden at the end of the building are you putting in a decorative tree to soften the corner? Make sure the roots do not travel, like maple trees. The garden center can advise you! You don't want roots traveling under your new concrete slab looking for water and causing cracks! If you make the flowers perennials you don't have to "replant" every year! Nice job! on the building!

Hey, use dawn dish soap on that oil spot, I was building a fence years ago and didn’t realize my compressor was leaking oil, and I ended up with a oil spot on brand new concrete, I used some dawn dish soap and it came right out, I scrubbed it with a brush, left it for about a hour then power washed it, might take a few times but it definitely helps

Big Ray should carry around a pocket notebook and write down what it is he's needing to get every time. I had an older gentleman that used to work for me that had a hard time remembering things so he would write them down. It frustrated me in the beginning but it's just what he had to do. But the thing is he never missed on anything I asked of him so I quickly got over it. I think Big Ray could benefit from doing the same.

I think everyone is doing their best after what happened with Eric. Everyone started using their heads, thinking things through, generally arriving to work on time, and brainstorming how to tackle tasks more efficiently. They may not all be starting from the same level of experience, but I think everyone is now on the right learning curve. I believe Ryan is giving everyone a fair chance to prove themselves. It’s obvious that this change has been good for the team, and as a viewer, I genuinely like and respect all of them because doing such physical work is tough, and on top of that, everyone has their own unique sense of humor. Ray seemed a bit sad when Ryan took Francisco on the wasted trip, but there’s no reason for him to feel disappointed as Ryan has already secured him for the winter season with the salt delivery job, so he can stay employed for sure even in the off-season. It’s clear that every member of the team can see how much Ryan respects them and tries to help any of them if they are in crisis situation - just look at the charity stream he organized for Pat.
