Hope Eric lands on his feet with the change. He’s young and has much life ahead of him. He is an even tempered human. Hard to find any drama in his interactions with others. Always a smile and that funny laugh. Don’t know the depths of right and wrong in the situation. Nor does it matter. We’ve all got our own to work out. Hope Ryan finds some smoother sailing soon. Seeing all of these ups and downs, having to put up with so much outside resistance, game playing on too many levels. We know it’s never going to be smooth as silk, but the multitasking it has taken with this new endeavor sure is a fine example of what stress is. It’s too much already. Best I can do is remember him and everyone else around him in my prayers.

Hi Ryan, you handled Eric"s termination with a lot of class I must say. It has been evident for a long time that he had one foot out the door. When he got a taste of making his own money, his attitude went down hill, and he started bringing the whole crew down as well. As a contractor myself for some 40 years, I've had the same experiences that you have had so I know all to well how you feel when the trust factor is broken. The new building is really shaping up and you guys are doing a fantastic job with it. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family and the whole Victory crew. Amen

I agree with you 100%, Scot. Aside from the obvious, the unfortunate thing for Eric if he does go out on his own is that he doesn't know everything he needs to know, in my opinion. There will come that one job (or many) that he's going to either mess up, or not know what to do. If he'd left things better with Ryan, he likely could pick up the phone and ask him for advice. Heck, we all know Ryan would likely still give it to him if he asked, but I would think that Eric would hesitate to make that call now. I saw on a recent video of Eric's (I don't follow his channel but checked it out last week [it was maybe a 'Live" video] when we learned he was on a week off without pay) that he says he has a lot of respect and is grateful to Ryan so at least he's showing some respect now. You do not know what you have until its gone. Some people can realize this before it happens and others have to have it happen to realize it. You have given him many opportunities in life and I hope he can see that and make it right in the future. If you see this Eric we wish you the best and hope you do not lose sight of the fact many people do not get the doors opened for them in life as you have and that's ok, just find a way to do the right thing by those that give those opportunities. Life is all about the choices we make.

HELLO from the UK . Ryan your patience is outstanding , Your guys literally do the same job everyday yet they stand there like they have never laid concrete in their life 😂😂😂, The bonus for being on time got me yet some could not even manage that !!! i would have fired most of them by now !! I don't do concrete but find myself shouting at the video saying come on you need pins, forms , felt, hammer, level, stringline 😂😂😂😂😂. After watching your videos i think i have more idea of how to do the job than some of you guys 😉Good news you are not alone !!! i have some guys that sub contract for me and they are the same you would think it was their first day on the job . Have followed you for years now you deserve all the success in the world , you are a truly good guy with a great family and a great heart . Cant wait to see all your buildings finished. Out of the crew that he currently has one of them which I'm thinking either Marcel or Francisco would be excellent to learn everything there is to do so that they can be that person that Ryan counts on. Instead of Ryan asking them to do something that one person make sure everything's done properly things are put away properly at the end of the day cleaned up properly and takes the initiative to get things done without having to be told what to do. That would be huge for Ryan.
