Maria Life

"MARIA LIFE" is a project awarded on " "3o. PRÊMIO CEARÁ DE CINEMA E VÍDEO", realized by Ceará State Government, in Brazil.
Produced in 3D animation and finished in 35mm, this short film shows characters and scenes molded with textures and colors researched in the Sertão of Ceará, in the Northeast region of Brazil, creating a realistic and humanized atmosphere.
Awarded with more than 50 awards in national and international film festivals, is directed by Márcio Ramos e tells the story of Maria José, a 5 years old little girl that has to leave her studies to work. While she works, she grows up, marries, has children, gets old.
