If Carl Weathers ever did one of these in the 70s, he would've whooped ppl from pillar to post - in terms of looking like he could realistically box, he was miles ahead of all other actors who appeared in boxing films

Yeah but he also starting bitching and crying and wanting to quit the movie because dolph lungren hit him to hard…..doesn’t sound like much of a fighter to me.. sure you can be in shape and move well but that all goes out the window if you can’t take a punch
@UnknownBrowser8 ай бұрын
@@aaronpaulo7533 to be fair tho their filming a movie not a ufc match, actors aren't used to or required even in boxing movies to take full contact power punches its obvious from one look that the fights are not real in movies either

For the love of God why has not one boxing channel done a critique of the boxing scenes in the Netflix series Bloodhounds? It has by a strong margin some of the BEST boxing on screen,movie or TV series. There’s literally a southpaw fighter and an orthodox fighter,they have crazy footwork,head movement,hand speed,co ordination,literally everything.

Tbf the Wayne Rooney boxing celebration was because he was sparring Phil Bardsley in his kitchen the night before and got knocked out lol. He was mocking himself but the fact that happened and he scores the next day is elite lol

Shaq was trying, but not. I feel like as a big guy he is very aware of his height, strength and weight difference and if really went in hard he would have seriously hurt his opponents and he was aware of that and was holding back.
