This is where having young kids with small hands to do this install post-build is going to be really handy... I was really amazed with how small that space got once the wings were on... great job on the fit/design though... :)

Hmmm, seems like the pump failing would require you to switch to the other tank and service as soon as possible as the stock system is probably a lot more prone to vapor lock with the extra pump, filter, and elevation you need to draw the fuel through.... I suspect the controller figures this out and tells you given the sensor.

If what you are talking is that the boost pump failing would cause it to be more prone to vapor lock due to restriction, the answer is no more than it not being there at all. Our testing found that the feed line vacuum was not affected by the pump being there vs not being there. The default is open, full flow, it's a plunger type pump with no vanes to restrict flow.

@@MidwestPanelsawesome, system looks clean. Now if you can get Garmin to run fuel remaining calculations per tank by telling it which tank is in use with the sensor.
